Avenue Boutique Hotel is a modern 4 stars hotel located in Como, just steps from the charming lake and the main streets of the historic city center.

Completely renovated in 2023 in style and decor.

A Boutique Hotel entirely surrounded by the charm of the main places of our lake recalled in the 13 rooms and 4 suites.

The rooms are spread over 3 floors and are characterized by the variety of the materials chosen and the quality of the finishes.

Reception is 24h and our multilingual staff are at guests disposal.

You can choose between the Continental Breakfast (selection from the buffet, fresh juice of your choice, hot drink of your choice), Full Breakfast (which also includes eggs).

Do not miss the desserts, croissants of all kinds, a choice between white bread or wholemeal bread, served with fruit jam, honey and butter. And again, pancakes with banana, strawberries, chocolate or maple syrup; crepe with hazelnut chocolate cream.

A breakfast that is worth trying, also open to external guests, and served in the spaces (indoor and outdoor) of the bistro of our hotel.

Particular attention is dedicated to gluten and lactose intolerances.

Bikes

Our Hotel offers its guests free comfortable bicycles to visit the city.
Furthermore, we offer the rental service of electric bicycles to be able to go on trips along the lake villages.
Reservation is recommended.

Boats

We offer our guests boat rental with driver at special prices to visit Lake Como by choosing a personalized itinerary and see some villas that can only be admired from the lake, such as Villa Del Balbianello or Villa Melzi.
It is possible to organize dedicated itineraries, visit fishing villages, take a bath or have lunch in a romantic restaurant.
Upon request, our hotel can prepare a lunch box dedicated to the trip.
